Team Registration will be held at:

All participating teams must register/check-in on Friday,June 6 2008 between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. at Doubletree Dallas Hotel. (For ONLY those teams playing Friday night, you can register at Richland College starting at 5pm.) Attendance by a coach or team representative is mandatory at this time. Teams will not be allowed to participate until their registration is complete. All non-NTSSA players must have USYSA player ID cards that include a picture and are laminated. All players must have a notarized medical release form.
Academy teams must submit an Academy Tournament Roster with their registration.  An Academy Player Form for each player on the roster with a max of sixteen (16) players must be provided at registration for the team.
(The Academy Player Form which has the notarized medical release on it will be accepted for academy players.)  NTSSA players may use their NTSSA player application form, provided the medical release section is complete & notarized These items must be presented at check-in.
